Customer

Order

1. Due to photographic and screen limitations products colours could be differently display on individual devices and monitors. 
2. The total on the website does not include GST and freight. A proforma invoice will be sent, which includes the GST and freight. It is important that contact information is kept up to date as much as possible to ensure that you receive our invoices and goods.
3. Sales items must pay within 24 hours after the Proforma Invoice was sent. We only hold the sales order within 24 hours. 
4. Out of stock items we will contact within 24 hours from the date of order. Orders that contain out of stock items are shipped complete when the out of stock items are available or we will notify you that we are cancelling the order. 
5. All stock will not be held for more than ten days. Glamour Plus reserve the right sell to other customers. 
   

Return

1. Only exchange faulty products with manufacture faults or exchange with invoice mistake.
   
2. Any claims of the faulty products or incorrect order within 14 days of the purchased date by email or phone with photos. Please provide your business name, invoice number and item number to email or text message. It will help to process quicker.
   
3. Return items can post by AUSPOST normal post or arrange by courier approved by Glamour Plus. (If the faulty items or invoice mistake we will credit the return normal postage cost. The return product package or express post are not included in our credit.)
   
4. More than 6 months products from the date of purchased are no exchange or return.
   
5. No return for change of your mind.
   
6. No return for stock has been used and without original tags.
   
7. No return or exchange for the sales products.
   

Payment

1. Payment must pay in full before pick up or delivery.
   
2. Late payment fee or dishonor bank cheque fee will apply in your invoice.
   
3. All payment needs to clear before new order.
   
4. Any dishonor bank cheque or late payment record Glamour Plus reserves the right to cancel your open account.
   
5. All goods will not be held more than ten days. Glamour Plus reserves the right to sell to other customers.
   

Freight

1. Delivery charge will depend on the location along with the sizes and weights of your parcel.
   
2. Freight charges may change by freight company without notice.
   
3. Please note we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for delivery times once the items is in the hands of couriers. We will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
